For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.
CareCredit gives you flexibility and convenience when managing your family’s out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. It is easy to apply for CareCredit and you’ll receive an answer almost immediately. As a service to our patients, we will gladly submit claims on your behalf as long as you are able to provide the information we need to do so. Although we can submit for patients with any dental plans, we are only a “Participating Provider” for Delta/ODS and Advantage/Pacific Source. We remind you that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Any question regarding plan coverage or plan limits should be taken up with either the plan administrator or the insurance carrier directly.
The best approach to managing your dental benefits is to become familiar with your benefits either through your HR person at work or online on the carrier’s website. We are always happy to check benefits or submit a pre-determination at your request. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.
